Hello, I’m Adriano Zumbo or just call me old mate! If you can’t remember. Welcome to a slice of my introverted mind. I’ve previously been a judge on Zumbo’s just desserts and Sugar rush, book author and Patisserie business owner. I live in a house made of chocolate, with a macaron roof and marshmallow floors, the taps run with caramel and raspberry sauce and every night I sleep in my comfy 24hr bread with wafer paper sheets. I love hunting for mousse and dream of one day visiting the planet donut know and learning more.
